Joe Pizzo, the owner of Joco Construction, has been working for 35 years in all residential and commercial facets of construction. In this time he has gained invaluable experience in his field putting him at the top of his game in Beaufort.

Jami Pizzo has worked at Joco Construction for 16 years, she has extensive experience and expertise in residential design, remodelling and additions of all sizes. She runs the office and also deals with all clients.

Tom Jenkins and Adam Pizzo oversee our Public Utility division which encompasses site preparation and clearing, water and sewer infrastructure, grading roads and paving. Additionally we are also able to provide sewer lift and pump stations and storm drainage.

Safety
Safety is one of our most important concerns. We hold classes to ensure that are carpenters are held to the highest standards. Our Carpenters are knowledgeable of state and local building codes and are proficient in safe working practices. Additionally we are licensed in asbestos abatement which is a necessary qualification when dealing with demolitions containing friable asbestos.
